Shipping Policy

HOME DELIVERY

All SingHealth Pharmacare’s website orders are contactless delivery and can only be delivered within Singapore’s local addresses, except to restricted locations like Changi Cargo Complex, Keppel Distripark, Army Camps and Jurong Island.

All local deliveries take 3 – 5 business days for orders to be delivered. For peak periods, orders may take additional 1 – 2 business days to reach you.  

For Silver Members:  

For Gold Member:  

An additional charge of S$10.90 will be imposed if shipping address was indicated wrongly resulting in an additional delivery trip required.  

For urgent orders, please visit our retail outlets to make your purchase.  

Overseas delivery is currently not supported on SingHealth Pharmacare website.   

For orders delivered to restricted locations, we will reach out for an alternate delivery addess, otherwise order will be cancelled. 

CLICK & COLLECT

For Click & Collect orders, order by Tuesday, 12pm and collect them at your preferred Pharmacare store by Friday. 

An email notification will be sent to your registered email address to notify you once your order is ready for collection. 

For uncollected orders within 14 days of email notification, your order will be returned to warehouse and no refund will be made.
