    Reward Points & Membership Policy

    REWARD POINTS

    Every S$1 spent on SingHealth Pharmacare website can earn you 10 Reward Points. Start accumulating and offset your subsequent purchases with your Reward Points.

    1. Reward Points Redemption
      • Once you’ve collected Reward Points, you can use them to redeem discounts on your next online purchases. For every 10 reward points, you’ll be able to redeem $0.02. For instance, with 1000 reward points, you can offset $2 for your next online purchase.
      • Reward Points redemption are capped at S$20 or 10,000 points per order.
      • Reward Points earned can only be redeemable online at SingHealth Pharmacare and they are not accepted in our retail outlets.
    2. Reward Points Expiry
      • Reward Points will expire 2 years from date of issuance except for those Reward Points earned during Campaign Promotion Period. The validity for Reward Points earned during Promotion Period will be determined by SingHealth Pharmacare and may be subjected to change without any prior notice.
    3. Other Info
      • 100 Reward Points will be automatically rewarded to new registered members
      • Reward Points cannot be transferable or combined with another user account
      • Reward Points are calculated based on final order amount, excluding shipping fees
      • Reward Points will not be recovered back into member’s account in event of any order cancellations, returns or refunds. 

    MEMBERSHIP

    1. Types of Membership
      • There are TWO (2) tiers of memberships on SingHealth Pharmacare website – Silver and Gold. All new registered users are automatically Silver members on SingHealth Pharmacare and you will have to meet the required criteria to become Gold member. 
    2. Gold Member Criteria
      • Simply spend more than S$500 a year from your date of registration to be awarded Gold membership and bonus Reward Points.
      • Your Gold membership status will automatically revert to Silver if the min. spending of S$500 per year is not met. An email notification will be sent to you if there is a change to your membership status. You may also check your current membership status by logging in and hover over the My Account icon. 
    3. Benefits of Gold Membership
      • As a Gold member, you would get to enjoy free delivery when you spend a min. of S$60 and receive exclusive Gold member-only promotions.
