Product Directions:

• Open the OMRON connect app.
• Place the device and your smartphone on a flat surface.
• Tap the "+" icon on the right bottom of the screen.
• Follow the instrictions on the app.
• Select your desired mode: "Single-lead ECG" or "6-lead ECG"
• For single-lead ECG, Put your fingers on the left and right electrode.
• Rest and do not talk until the recording is complete in 30 seconds.
• For 6-lead ECG, place one thum on the left electode, the other thum on the right electode, then hold the device.
• Then adhere the skin of the left leg (knee or inside ankle) to the electode on the back surface of the device.
• Rest and do not talk until the recording is complete in 30 seconds.
