Product Directions:

• Open the OMRON connect app.
• Place the device and your smartphone on a flat surface.
• Tap the "+" icon on the right bottom of the screen.
• Follow the instrictions on the app.
• Put your fingers on the left and right electrode.
• Rest and do not talk until the recording is complete in 30 seconds.
