Product Directions:

Gently pull out the sensor cover to remove it.
Press the [Power] button.
Point the sensor towards the forehead.
When the sensor reaches the best distance for measuring (approx. 3cm), the buzzer will beep twice.
Press the [Measure] button, and the measurement will be completed in 1 second with a long beep.
Device automatically turns off if no button is pressed for 30 seconds.
