    Order and Purchases (FAQ) 

    • How do I shop at SingHealth Pharmacare website? 

    Register as a member, browse through our selection of products online and add the selected products to cart. Once you have completed adding to cart, you can select Check Out (apply voucher code and/or redeem your Reward Points) and enter the necessary details required for us to process your order. Your orders will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days via contactless delivery.  

     

    • Must I be a member to shop? 

    Yes, you must be a registered member to check out your products and accumulate the Reward Points awarded with each order. After registration, please activate your account to start purchasing.   

     

    • Is there a minimum purchase? 

    There is no minimum purchase required, however a delivery charge of S$8 applies for orders below S$80 for Silver members. For Gold members, a delivery charge of S$8 applies for orders below S$60.  

     

    • How do I remove or include an item in the shopping cart? 

    You may remove or update quantities in your shopping cart before checking out. To add on items before checking out, you can return back to the product listings and add the selected item into cart. Once order is confirmed, we are unable to amend your order.   

     

    • How do I change my order after I have submitted my order? 

    Kindly check through your order and mailing/billing address before placing order as we are unable to refund any Reward Points used or issue new voucher code that was used in the order. 

    Once order has been confirmed, we are unable to amend your order. Kindly contact us at mypharmacare.customerservice@singhealth.com.sg to cancel your order within 1 hour of order confirmation and place a new order with the correct products, quantities and/or address.   

     

    • How do I know if my order is successfully submitted? 

    Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order number followed by an e-mail confirming your order, which you can print out for reference. You can also go under My Account > Orders to check if your order is reflected. Otherwise, kindly email us at Mypharmacare.customerservice@singhealth.com.sg to check your order if you are still unsure with the following details  

    • Name  
    • Contact Number 
    • Registered Email Address  

     

    • How can I save or print out the order list for my reference? 

    After submitting your order, you will be shown a summary of your purchase which you can print out for future reference. Alternatively, details of your order are also listed in the e-mail confirming your order. You can print that as your order list as well.  

     

    • How can I check the status of my current order or check records of my past orders? 

    To check your order status, log into your account and select My Orders.  You would be able to see if your respective order has been shipped out / delivered under "Order status".  

    To check your order history, log into your account and select My Orders to check your past orders. 

     

    • What if the item I frequently purchase is not listed online on SingHealth Pharmacare? 

    In the event that the items you would like to purchase are not listed online, we welcome your suggestions via e-mail – Mypharmacare.customerservice@singhealth.com.sg  

     

    • Do you sell prescription drugs? 

    We do not supply prescribed drugs.  

     

    Reward Points & Membership (FAQ) 

    • What are the membership tiers?  

    There are TWO (2) tiers of memberships on SingHealth Pharmacare website – Silver and Gold.  

    All new registered users are automatically Silver members on SingHealth Pharmacare and you will have to meet the required criteria to become Gold member.  

     

    • How do I become a Gold member?  

    Simply spend more than S$500 a year from your date of registration to be awarded Gold membership, plus bonus Reward Points! Maintain a spending of S$500 yearly to maintain the Gold membership, or your membership status will automatically revert back to Silver.  

    You can check your current membership status by logging in and hover over the My Account icon.  

     

    • What are the benefits of a Gold member? 

    Enjoy free delivery when you spend a min. of S$60 and receive exclusive Gold member-only promotions  

     

    • How do you earn Reward Points? 

    For every S$1 spent on SingHealth Pharmacare website, you’ll earn 10 points. Reward points are calculated on the final payable amount (exclude Shipping fees). 

    Your Reward Points will be automatically credited to your account when you order has been successfully delivered. To track the number of Reward Points you have earned so far, simply log on and access your account.  

     

    • What can I do with my Reward Points?  

    Upon accumulating Reward Points, you will be eligible to use it to redeem your online purchase! The more points you earn, the more dollar value you can redeem online on SingHealth Pharmacare.  

    A maximum of 10,000 Reward Points may be redeemed at a single purchase. Please read our Terms and Conditions.  

     

     

    • Can I redeem my Reward Points at SingHealth Pharmacare retail outlets?  

    Reward Points earned can only be redeemable online at SingHealth Pharmacare and they are not accepted in our retail outlets.  

     

    • How can I redeem my Reward Points online? 

    You will be prompted with the maximum number of Reward Points that you can use for redemption at the check out page. Select to redeem existing points and the corresponding dollar value will be applied towards your purchase.  

    Reward Points awarded to the registered account may only be redeemed by the customer using the account. Reward Points are strictly not transferable.  

     

    • How can I start earning Reward Points? 

    Once you are registered as an online user of SingHealth Pharmacare website, you are all set to earn Reward Points that can be used towards future purchases. To thank you for registering with us, we will credit 100 Reward Points when you register and successfully activate your account.   

     

    • Will my Reward Points expire? 

    All Reward Points will have an expiry date of 2 years from the date of issuance.  

     

    • Will my Reward Points be refunded into my account if I cancel or return any orders?  

    Reward Points will not be refunded if your order has been cancelled or you have requested to return your order.  

     

    Payment (FAQs) 

    • How can I pay for my purchases? 

    We accept the following modes of payments 

    1. Visa/Mastercard

     

    • What credit cards do you accept? 

    We accept Visa & Mastercard only. 

     

    • Do you accept Cash on Delivery or Cheque payment?  

    We do not accept Cash on Delivery or Cheque payments. All orders are paid with Visa/Mastercard  

     

    Delivery (FAQ) 

    • Is there a delivery charge? How can I enjoy the free delivery services? 

    For Silver members, a delivery charge of S$8 is applied to orders less than S$80. Delivery is free for orders more than S$80. 

    For Gold members, a delivery change of S$8 is applied to orders less than S$60. Delivery is free for orders more than S$60.  

     

    • What is your delivery schedule? Do you deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays? 

    All confirmed orders will be delivered within 3 – 5 business day through contactless delivery. Our delivery partners will deliver between Monday – Saturdays, except Public Holidays.   

     

    • Do you have urgent next day delivery? 

    We are unable to accommodate same-day and next-day delivery. For urgent use of products, please visit our retail stores to purchase  

     

    • Must I be at home to receive the order? 

    It is preferable that you are available to receive the order, but it is not necessary as our deliveries are contactless.  

     

    • Which areas do you deliver to? Do you handle overseas delivery? 

    We deliver to all addresses within Mainland Singapore. We do not ship overseas.  

     

    • Can I make orders for delivery to hotels or hostels in Singapore? 

    Yes, we do deliver to the hotels and hostels within Mainland Singapore.  

    Please note that SingHealth Pharmacare will not be liable for any missed deliveries due to any receiving issues at hotels and hostels.  

     

    • My place may be difficult to locate. How can I leave instructions? 

    Our courier partner will call the given contact number if they are unable to find the delivery address 

     

    • Can I request for my orders to be delivered at a specific date/time? 

    We are unable to accommodate requests for orders to be delivered at a specific date/time. All orders are delivered between 3 – 5 business days and will depend on our delivery partner’s delivery schedule.  

     

    • How do I change my purchase after I have submitted my order? 

    In the event that you need to make changes to your confirmed order, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Kindly contact us at mypharmacare.singhealth.com.sg to cancel your order within 1 (ONE) hour of order creation and place a new order with the correct products, quantities and/or shipping address.
